Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to type of the product and total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

Photobooks

Photobooks will be despatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or APC Courier sign for next day delivery service. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The cost of Photobook delivery to a single UK Mainland address is £4.80

Additional charges may apply to deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

Yearbooks

Delivery of Yearbooks is free of charge to a single UK Mainland address.

Additional charges may apply to deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

Paperback Yearbooks - delivery within 5 working days from receipt of payment

Laminated Hardback Yearbooks  - delivery within 10 working days from receipt of payment

Leatherette Yearbooks - delivery within 10 working days from receipt of payment

Additional charges may apply to deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Island.

The Yearbooks will be delivered by 3pm to all UK Mainland addresses, as standard.

 

Calendars

The calendars will be shipped via Royal Mail or APC Couriers depending on the size of the calendar ordered and the quantity.

Royal Mail 1st Class charges start at £0.90 with the maximum charge for a heavier consignment of £4.80.

Additional charges may apply to deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

Cards

The cards will be shipped via Royal Mail or APC Couriers depending on the quantity ordered.

Return of defective goods

We endeavour to dispatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However, occasionally goods can be damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please return it to us within 30 days of your receiving the item.
To do this, please send an email to hi@allstarphoto.co.uk - Your email should contain:

Your order number

Your membership number

Description of item(s) to be returned

Reason for return.

We will reply with Returns Authorisation Email.

Please package up your item(s) securely, including a copy of your Returns Authorisation Email and return to:
